Veggie Rolls

Time for a vegan recipe!

I always thought these are very time-consuming. But when I tried making some, I completely changed my mind, not only they are not time-consuming but also they are delicious!

You need:

Rice paper. I prefer bigger size.
Veggies! I used: peppers, avocado, rocket, radish, carrots, cucumbers.
Water.

Chilli sauce:

One chilli pepper.
Olive oil or rapeseed oil, it’s up to you.
Cider Vinegar.
Salt and pepper.
Garlic, one clove.
Water.
Tomato sauce.
Something sweet. I added some date syrup.
Black sesame (optional)
Soy Sauce. I always use Kikkoman Gluten Free

Preparation :

Chop chilli and garlic in super small pieces and fry a little bit. Then add a little bit of tomato sauce, then water, spices, sesame (optional), sweet stuff, and vinegar. Stir it and keep checking the taste, and keep adding things if you need to 🙂
